REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

At Align by Lucienne, we want you to love your grip socks. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Items must be in resalable condition with all tags attached

  • Proof of purchase required

How to Return: Email us at alignbylucienne@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different colour, subject to availability. Contact us at alignbylucienne@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
