ABL — Align by Lucienne — was born from movement, change, and starting over.

A few years ago, I moved away to study business at university, but quickly realised it wasn’t for me. After finishing my first year feeling completely lost, I started training with a personal trainer and fell in love with movement. Not long after, I began working as a flight attendant, and soon after that, I moved to Barcelona.

I had no set plan when I arrived — just a desire to fly, experience different cultures, learn Spanish and enjoy the sun. Then I took my first ever Pilates class here, and everything changed.

Now, one year later, I’m training to teach fully comprehensive Pilates, juggling flight attendant life while building this brand one step at a time. ABL is my Pilates grip sock passion project — born from the belief that cute, functional socks are essential for any class.

But more than that, ABL is a space I want to grow into a community, grounded in movement, mindfulness, and starting again. It’s a reminder that you can realign, rebuild, and begin again — whenever you need to.
